专利摘要:
A sprocket drum assembly is constituted by two complementary, radially-separable sprocket drum assembly parts. The assembly comprises a hollow, cylindrical drum and a sprocket wheel having an odd number of sprocket teeth. The two assembly parts meet along two surfaces. The inner edges of at least those portions of said surfaces associated with the drum lie in a diametrical plane of the assembly. Each of the outer edges of those portions of said surfaces associated with the sprocket wheel lie between a respective pair of sprocket teeth.

专利说明:

A sprocket spacing between two immeable apertures with the flanges of the division plane, which are fitted with inner edges to the plane passing through the longitudinal axis of the drum and the division plane of the sprocket, outside of them, ends with edges in the zone between the teeth of MI L2J. Such an implementation provides drum mounting and demos without having to remove the drive shaft. When dividing a sprocket with an even number of teeth, axial division into two parts is simple, since the two depressions between the teeth are exactly opposite each other. However, with Hcnonb3DBa7iHH of such division on drums with an odd number of teeth, the division plane passes through the tooth, which does not provide the necessary strength of the teeth and leads to a decrease in reliability of the chain drum. The goal of izofeteniya is to increase the reliability of the chain drum when using a sprocket with an odd number of teeth. This goal is achieved by the fact that in an axially divided chain drum, including a chain wheel, located between two flanges with openings, the dividing planes of which are adjacent by internal edges to the plane passing through the longitudinal axis of the drum, and the plane of the outer junction wheel. The clamps end in the area between the teeth, the plane of the sprocket is displaced parallel to the planes of division of the flanges. According to another embodiment of the chain drum, the dividing plane of the chain wheel is arranged at an angle to the plane passing through the longitudinal axis of the drum. FIG. 1 shows an axially divided chain drum, side view with a partial section in the distributed position of the halves; in fig. 2 -, - the same, front view, on the fng. 3 shows an embodiment of a chain drum, a side view with a partial cut in the extended position of the halves. An axially divided child scraper conveyor drum has an undetermined number of teeth, namely seven. It consists of a pedal wheel 1, to which the flanges 2 and those with openings 4 adjoin on both sides of the footplate and which have holes 4 that serve to receive the connecting bolts. In the embodiment according to FIG. 1, the flanges 2 and 3 are axially separated, and the sprocket 1 is divided parallel to them. The separating planes of the flanges 2 and 3 are indicated by the numeral 5, .a of the sprocket 1 are designated by the numeral 6. The separating planes 5 of the flanges with the inner edges 7 are adjacent to the middle longitudinal plane 8 passing through the longitudinal axis of the drum shaft; the separating planes 6 of the sprocket 1 end with the outer edges 9 in the area of the depression 1O between the teeth. Moreover, the separating planes 5 and 11. and 12 flanges of the drum are mixed with respect to the separating planes 6 of the sprocket 1 circumferentially (see Figs. 1 and 2). The separating planes 5 are located in the middle longitudinal plane 8 of the chain drum, whereby the separation plane of the 6-wheel wheel are offset around the circumference so that they are located in the region of the depression of the Yu between the teeth of the sprocket (see Figs. 1 and 2). Thus, the separation planes of the flanges 2 and 3 extend in the middle longitudinal plane 8 of the chain drum, while the separation planes 6 of the sprocket 1 pass in parallel to the last planes. When varying the chain reel according to FIG. 1, in the area of the contact planes between the rotating chain drum and the non-rotating support, i.e., in the area of the seals there, the undercut is not needed. In the embodiment of the chain drum according to FIG. The 3 separating planes of the drum flanges and the separating planes of the sprocket are in intersecting planes 13 with parallel layers. Therefore, the separation planes of the upper part of the sprocket shown in the drawing form an obtuse angle, while the separation planes of the lower part of the drum sprocket shown in the drawing form an acute angle, and the separation planes do not intersect on the axis of rotation of the sprocket. In all embodiments of the chain drum, at least in the following areas: half of the drum flanges, respectively, sections of the drum flanges or other parts of the chain drum (except for the sprocket), no undercut is needed. When bipopennn drum coi pvcio FIG. 3, this undercut is also not needed in the wheel area. Chain drums with several, for example, sprockets, made according to the variant shown in FIG. 3, characterized by the presence of the described signs. 1. The axially divided chain b, the scraper conveyor, including a sprocket, located between two flanges with apertures, the dividing planes of which are adjacent to the plane passing through the longitudinal axis of the drum, and the dividing wheel of the depressor wheel ends in the M63KDU teeth zone, characterized in that, in order to increase its reliability when using a crown wheel with an odd number of 6B teeth, the dividing planes of the sprocket are located with parallel to the flange division planes. 2. An axially separated chain drum of a scraper conveyor, including a chain wheel, located between two flange-bearing flanges, the division planes of which are adjacent the inner edges to the plane passing through the longitudinal axis of the drum, and the division planes of the chain-wheel Bneaif with their edges terminate in between zuflmi.otlichayuschih (that chgo, in order to increase its reliability when using a wheel with an odd number of teeth, the plane of division of the tenacious wheel are angled to the plane that is through the longitudinal axis of the drum.
